Each day we freshly prepare and make all our food from scratch, which is always done to the highest possible standard with the utmost care and attention given from every member our brigade of highly skilled chefs.
It is this same high standard, care and attention which goes into our food and hygiene policy and procedures which has been developed and is maintained by head chef Paul Spink.
So as always when we had a surprise inspection by Erewash Borough Council last week, it was a welcomed visit. After a thorough inspection, we were once again awarded the highest mark: 5 out of 5 in all areas. This is something which all of us here at EverSo are very proud of and is a testament to how hard everyone works to maintain such high levels.
