How do I place an order?

Easy as 1, 2, 3! 
1.    Register as a new customer on our website. 
2.    Log on to browse our menus and select what you would like to order.
3.    Checkout! 
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation and then our chefs will do the rest. 

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have created an account a 30-day credit limit will automatically be added. You will receive an invoice on the Friday after your buffet and you can pay via BACS, cheque, cash or credit/debit card (sur charges apply).  Please note a 4% interest over base rate will be applied on any overdue balances.   

Help, I need to add another delegate to my order…

Need to change your order? No problems. Send our office a quick email saying what the amendments are and we will get it sorted for you. Let us know before 12 noon the preceding day and there will be no amendment charge. Be aware that amendments made after this time will incur an amendment charge. 

My boss just asked me to cancel lunch, how do I do this?

Let us know by 12 noon the preceding day and you can cancel free of charge – hurrah! Any cancellations after this time will incur the full charge of the order. 
If it is an order of 20+ delegates, cancellation must be made 36hours prior to the delivery day or again any cancellations after this time may incur the full charge of the order. So, let us know ASAP if you want to cancel. 

Is there a minimum spend per order?

Yes. We have a minimum spend of £50 (including VAT) for each order. If your order is under this amount a surcharge will be added to meet the minimum spend.

Feeling creative, why not create your own menu?

Go to our ‘Build Your Own’ section and choose exactly what items you would like so you can create your perfect buffet! 

Want the same lunch… but different!

Tasked with feeding the same guests for several days in a row and don’t want them to get bored? Easy. Make a note when placing the order and our head chef will ensure that plenty of variety is given on each buffet keeping your guests happy and full!  

What do I do if the buffet I received isn’t the one I ordered?

If you have any queries or problems with an order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our helpful office staff who will be able to assist you and solve any problems. 

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Monday to Friday buffet lunches are all delivered FREE of charge if placed before 9.30am the preceding day. If you forget and do order after this time, we can get your order sorted but there will be a £15 ‘late order’ charge applied to your order.

Ooooppps I’ve forgotten to order...

Don’t panic…’EverSo Express Delivery’ is here to save the day!  Our Express Delivery means we can get a buffet made up and sent out to you within 2 hours of receiving your order! 
Our team of chefs will make the order and it will be delivered by our environmentally friendly taxi partner, Cloud Cars. An express delivery charge will be applied to your order and is subject to geographical location. 

What time will my buffet be delivered?

No one likes to be late for lunch so we ensure that all our buffets are delivered by 12:00pm. We deliver all our buffets in industrial cool boxes (they keep food cold for 6 hours!) and to ensure that you get your lunches on time our drivers first drop is just after 9am, so your order will be delivered between 9am – 12noon.

What time can I get my breakfast order and is there a minimum order?

Like your lunch buffet orders there is a minimum spend of £50 (including VAT). If you require breakfast before 10am it will be delivered between 7:30am – 8am (or earlier if specified). Due to all the busy commuters trying to get to work, 8am is the latest that we can deliver breakfast. 

Will my bacon cob stay warm?

It certainly will, believe me it’s tried and tested! Our hot breakfast bakers roll are packaged in individual special polystyrene boxes within our industrial cool boxes (which keeps the heat in) meaning your breakfast will stay nice and toasty until you are ready to serve. 

Do you do cold breakfasts?

Yes, we offer a range of cold breakfasts. From croissants with fresh fruit skewers to breakfast muffins and pan au chocolat our cold breakfasts are a great way to start any morning business meeting. 
We also offer a range of freshly cooked Danish pastries on our breakfasts. These include apple, apricot, strawberry, and cinnamon. 

Keeping it cool since 2009…

We have been using industrial cool boxes since day one of our business. Our super cool blue boxes which we import from Germany are the best in the market and keep your food cool for up to 6 hours. 

Do you provide plates and napkins?

We provide porcelain plates, cutlery and everything else you will need to eat and enjoy your buffet. And here’s the best bit….you don’t have to do any washing up! Once, you have finished with your buffet simply put all the equipment back into the cool boxes and we will collect them the following day.  

Sorry; I broke a plate…

Unfortunately, any missing or damaged equipment will incur a replacement charge, so if you can make sure all the equipment is carefully placed back in the cool boxes, please.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements and vegetarians?

Yes, every day we cater for a wide range of special dietary requirements from Vegans to Gluten Frees. Just let us know when placing your order what your requirements are and our chefs will create a delicious lunch and ensure its presented separately and clearly labeled. 

Vegetarian options…

As a rule of thumb we always supply a ratio of 70:30 meat: vegetarian filled sandwiches, wraps and rolls which are plattered separately and clearly labelled. If you know how many vegetarians are attending please let us know when ordering.  

Any allergies?

Please ask for our allergen information sheets when placing your order and we will email you a copy. 
Our chefs will always endeavor to cater for all allergen requirements, for example; we can supply a lunch that is nut free, however, although we do not use nuts in our products the lunches are made in an environment where nuts and nut products are used. Therefore, our product may contain traces of nuts. Therefore if someone eating our food and has a severe allergy it is strongly recommended that the delegate does not eat the lunch as we have allergen inducing ingredients in our kitchen and therefore cannot 100% guarantee traces will not be found.  

How many sandwiches will I get per person?

Literally the bread and butter of our business! On each traditional buffet you will get the equivalent of a round (4 triangles) of sandwiches depending on the variety of bread you choose.  

What type of breads can I get?

The different breads that are on offer include sandwich traditional triangles, French baguettes, soft bakers rolls and wraps. 

Simple filled or gourmet filled?

When placing your order, you have the option to choose between simply and gourmet filled sandwiches. Handmade by our chefs (of course) on each lunch we offer four meat and four vegetarian fillings. These change weekly. If you would like a copy of the fillings used, please contact our office team.
